Points of Importance for Pistol Silencers

Pistol silencers are offered in two bore sizes: 9mm and .45 ACP. Our 9mm silencers suppress 9mm and .300 BLK subsonic (sometimes supersonic as well!). Our .45 ACP silencers offer the flexibility to use 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .357 Sig, 10mm, and .300 BLK subsonic cartridges through one silencer. Those who value weight and length over other features should choose a 9mm. Those who value flexibility should choose a .45 caliber.

Size, weight and intended platform impact which family of pistol silencers to choose from. The ability to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance can be a concern for high-volume shooters or shooters who prefer unjacketed lead bullets.

Important Note! Pistol silencers require a piston to function. Because of the large number of piston SKUs, we don’t ship silencers with pistons included. Customers are required to purchase one separately.
